2008 Explorer Purchase

Considering purchasing a 2008 EB Explorer. Has about 55k miles on it and is in good shape. I had a 2005 That I put 170,000+ miles on and was very happy. It was the odd vehicle out a couple years ago and I had to sell it. I've read about transmission problems on the 2006 and 2007's. Any issues with the 2008?

Yeah I bought a 2008 with 57K miles on it. They have the issue with the servo pin wearing down the bore. There is sometimes lurches and clunks because of it. I am installing the AJ1E servos with o rings on them to hopefully fix this issue instead of having to have bores drilled and sleeved

Can you give me a bit of background on this issue? What servos are you referring to?
