Wasn't planning on making a set this year. I can't afford to put out the cash for them this time. I might be able to later now that we are getting some of our pay back. (took a 13% paycut for the last year).

Mark, maybe you can accept pre-paid orders, then when you have enough cash flow you could start up production. I know I would like to order some. Just a thought. I here you about not having the funds. I've been out of work since January, lost the house, etc. I'll stop boring you know. - Rondo

...It's sad to say but the lack of response from others may be a lack of interest due to low funds...

...Now if we could get 20 people to pre pay for 5 each may help but again, that is less than a minimal order IIRC...

I'd be in for a couple shirts if we wanted to try and get something together. Sadly I don't know anyone in the t-shirt making biz, and I'm certainly no artist lol.
I've never looked into making a shirt or anything before, but there seems to be a couple "submit your design and we'll put it on things for you" sites out there. I remember Steve had a cafepress store set up long ago for the KCAX site. However after poking around on there the prices seem kind of high, and the size options are limited...

I still have some of the last run left..

The issue with getting shirts made is quality. There is direct to shirt printing but normally it doesn't last like silk screening. Setup charges for Silk Screening is normally $100 per screen (color).

Also Shirt quality varies quite a bit. The last 2 runs of shirts have been high quality Gilden shirts..

To get 1/2 decent prices on shirt we have to order at least 100 and 200 gets them even better..

This last run didn't "sell out" so we did sales to try to get rid of what was left. That meant there was really no "profit" that could be applied to the next run.

I'll talk to my brother in law and see how business is and see if I can trade some labor or computer parts again to help cut down on the price....

Also, Artwork is always an issue.. Getting it to look professional and finding a design that will "sell" is always fun...

Soo, In short.. I'll at least "look into it"..

I think though to save your butt on it that maybe a public pole should be posted to see how many people would actually be interested in purchasing a shirt because sure a couple of us would buy them right now you want to make sure you have a large enough interest, but that's just my opinion. I'm sure its hard work and see it takes a bit of money to put something together like this.

I'm fairly new to the forum, however, I love everything about the site and have gained a lot of knowledge and support from the site.

That being said, I would love to be able to represent the site with some t-shirts. I would be interested in buying two of each color if we get some new stock...

There are a few XL's left. I need to double check, but last time I looked there were 4 left (Xl's in grey).

We are just now looking into new shirts, but it be for a bit.

Just make sure you let me know what you want when you paypal it so I can pull it from inventory right then..

As for "prepaid".. I"m assuming that is asking about the next series of shirts? We don't know anything about them yet, so there is no pricing.
