I still have some of the last run left..
The issue with getting shirts made is quality. There is direct to shirt printing but normally it doesn't last like silk screening. Setup charges for Silk Screening is normally $100 per screen (color).
Also Shirt quality varies quite a bit. The last 2 runs of shirts have been high quality Gilden shirts..
To get 1/2 decent prices on shirt we have to order at least 100 and 200 gets them even better..
This last run didn't "sell out" so we did sales to try to get rid of what was left. That meant there was really no "profit" that could be applied to the next run.
I'll talk to my brother in law and see how business is and see if I can trade some labor or computer parts again to help cut down on the price....
Also, Artwork is always an issue.. Getting it to look professional and finding a design that will "sell" is always fun...
Soo, In short.. I'll at least "look into it"..
