2010 Sport Trac roaring

I have 2010 Sport Trac that roars. I thought it was the tires because they needed to be replaced. I got new tires, new brakes and rotors and it is still roaring. Could it possibly be the bearings are bad? Thanks for your help.

Sounds like a commonly failed hub bearing. Does the "roar" get louder when turning?

Thank you swshawaii. I don't know if it gets louder when turning, I will listen for that. Y'all please bear with me. I am a disabled 65 year old widow that doesn't know very much about automobiles. So, I may ask questions that sound stupid to y'all. Thanks for your help.

Welcome. Sounds like a bad hub & bearing assembly like swshawaii stated.

It took me three days swinging a sledge hammer to change a hub. You might be best served to contact a strong friend or two maybe even a mechanic.

I'm not gong to do it. I can't. I have someone to do it for me. We are trying to find a blind hole bearing removal tool.
