2010 transfercase fluid

has 60k changed transfer case fluid with ford mercon V -will this be ok-amsoil site says to use trans fluid-manual says transfer case fluid ?

Yes, motorcraft Mercon V.

I am assuming that you have the 5 speed transmission. The manual originally called for Mercon in the transfer case and since that is no longer manufactured Mercon V is what you would want to use. Typically whatever you put in the transmission you want to put in the transfer case.
