I can piss further.... my wee wee is bigger .. LMAO!

that floor cleaner is messin me up bigtime!.... I feel wasted

Rook, we should try something new with this one.... coilovers (all 4 corners), rear - tri-link, front 44 from extreme - split 4 link - full hydro-steer (or atleast hydro assist (ram), D&D doubler clock the case to 9 and plate the bottom flat from rail to rail to begin with now that would be a nice build!

if your referring to my build, my pockets aren't that deep, unless someone has donations... if thats the case, have at it.. lol

Glad you got the piss out of your wheaties. Yes I would love to work on something no one has done. Not sure about a fiesta though, people may wonder about your life choices ;) It would be way cool to do something with a rear steer 14 bolt. though that has been done its rare.

Tim, just crash here. I have a Sealy posturpedic Queen size in the spare room, there's a TV with cable and (hopefully) by then we'll have a garage to work in. Ask Jay, the spare bed is quite comfy! ;)

it is quite comphy...

Especially since the only color they come in is Lime Green...

What bobbing the bed of an el camino? could get the wheelbase right, and have 90 degree approach and departure angles with 4d's

hmmmm....

well the financial aspect of an SAS.... at a low end of $2500 upwards of $7k with all the bells and whistles, is quite hard to come accross these days for most people

so if its only time your lacking... your lucky

I think, including the cost of my truck, my sas was somewhere in the ballpark of 6-7k when all was done. They are most certainly NOT cheap, nor are they the type of thing that gets thrown together in just a weekend...unless you have some giant, skilled pitcrew and a full shop.

And Skunk, Rook: I have already had to make nice with the Mitsubishi... NO CHEBBIES IN MY GARAGE!*

(Cheeps, however, may be permitted visitation rights :D)

I can manage to accumulate the parts for an SAS over a few months that I need. It's nice knowing people in automotive fields of work. But yea, the time part is an issue. Plus it would be me and a few friends working on it and I don't have another car to drive around while I tinker with the front end of Moose.

As with mine. I want to do an SAS but don't have the time myself.

Well, thats two for the sas off... we just need crew.. It'll take me a month, maybe two to get everything together.. then we can plan on a date to build. We should do like Spas and video it all. Just to let Rook know, I'm skilled, but since this is my first one, I'll probably be a handicap! LOL

ok so lets hear it for over cleaning our explorers!!!

Bedliner isn't going to stick too well to that plastic....Just bedline the truck where the plastic use to be :D

Pumpkin's looking good Don! She needs a beefier front bumper though.

it will if you prep it right and i no she does but with carlisle so close i cant afford one

Lookin' good, Don! Get a locker yet?

Hey, this is something I've been meaning to ask you guys, but how about we devote this Carlisle to the memory of John Rock? He always wanted to come to the AFN's, but will never have the chance to now :(

I'm open to suggestions as to how best to honor his memory both at the show and on the trail. Tim had a good one: Maybe Ben and/or Chris could make some "In memory of" decals for all of us to sport on our trucks for the weekend. There are also several other runs going on with the same intention across the nation- this is our chance to show our support on the East Coast!

Ideas?
