2012 Explorer USB Ports

Hi , we recently bought a 2012 Explorer and I have been to the dealer 3 times and no one can see to keep the USB ports working, it has been updated software wise, they will work upon reset by using the button or removing the fuse, they work fine till you turn off the car, then when you start it back up they do not work again and require another reset, then they work fine until you turn it off again, Thank you all in advance

Please elaborate on how they don't work. Do you get an error message when you plug something in? Also, do you have Basic SYNC or MyFord Touch? Here's a link to help you determine which system:
