2012 Explorer XLT starting issues

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice. I've recently had an odd issue with my Explorer that has stumped me. It won't start with the key but the remote start works. As soon as you put the key in the ignition and turn it, the car shuts off. I was thinking anti-theft maybe? Tested the ignition switch and it's fine. Fuses and relays are ok too. Anyone else have this happen? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Do you have that issue with both keys? When were the batteries last replaced in them? Does it work in 'Accessory' mode?
