2012 Ford Explorer XLT Electrical Issues

I bought my 2012 Explorer 1.5 years ago and have been having electrical issues ever since. My APIM started turning off randomly and would not come back on for a couple of weeks. I looked in to getting a new SYNC system but decided to hold off because it started working regularly again. The SYNC module turned off about a year ago and has not turned back on since. I have been having more electrical issues now. My passenger side AC only blows heat all the way up and the controls do not work. I have looked at the fuse panel multiple times and have no blown fuses. I have noticed that I have a leak in my trunk from a bad seal that drips when it rains.

Please let me know if you have any insight on these issues.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by Sync module? The APIM?
The water leak could be from a couple of places. Water Leak
The issue with the HVAC could be the blend door of vent mode actuator. HVAC Won't Change Modes or Automatic Climate Control - Passenger Side Vents Heat Only

Yes I was referring to the APIM. Thank you for the referral to the blend door actuator. I believe that is the issue with the HVAC.
