2013 Explorer OEM Cargo Organizer??

There are 2 different ones to choose from. Please help me decide which one to order.

If you look at the part numbers, one ends with A and the other B

I think the second one is much nicer. Just wondering why there are 2 different types.

What happens when you put the 3rd row down? Do you have to remove it or can you fold it up and then put the 3rd row all the way flat?

Who even uses the 3rd row? Mine is kept permanently folded and my cargo carrier is against the back of the second row seats.
