Just completed this task this past week. Take the 7 or 8 screws and two push tabs out of the black cover on the top of the grill. Then carefully push the grill forward and you should see 4 nuts silver in color just above the bumper cover on the inside. Two are pretty easy to get to and you should see two others a little further towards the headlights, all 10mm.
Remove the 4 nuts, they have washers attached. When complete, there are still tabs located at the lower corners of the grill that attach it to the front bumper cover.
