2013 ford explorers defroster will not turn off

I have a 2013 Ford Explorer police interceptor and the defroster will not turn off. And the other controls are not working. Is there a way to fix this.

When you say it won't turn OFF are you referring to the air flow coming out of the defrost vents or the ability to redirect the air flow to the floor or other vents?

If it is the ail flowing out of the defrost and you can't switch to the dash or the floor I would say that you have a major vacuum leak somewhere. All the controls are done by vacuum, if you loose one hose then it will default to the defrost so that you will at least have something.

Or the blend door actuator isn't working/stuck open.
