Hi all,

2013 PIU with 105k on the clock. Noticing the following:

- Every day the parking lights come on at random when the car is sitting in the driveway, and then turn off after 3 or 4 minutes. This happens often but not long enough to drain the battery. No interior lights come on and we've tested the remote and pulled the battery to verify there's no funny business there. I also frequently get the door ajar/shift to park issue.

- There's a very loud and embarrassing rotational squeak from the right rear wheel. Bearing? Stuck caliper? It's like it needs some WD40 or something. Annoying!

Otherwise a solid beast!

The "Shift to Park" warning usually is an indication that the shifter has to be replaced. Some have done it themselves. http://www.explorerforum.com/xenforo/index.php?threads/shift-to-park-warning.375462/
For the "Door Ajar" issue see; http://www.explorerforum.com/xenforo/index.php?threads/door-ajar-warning-issues.414809/
Is the wheel noise constant or intermittent? http://www.explorerforum.com/xenfor...-rear-brakes-dragging-most-likely-yes.413677/
No idea on the parking lights. Does it only do it while in the driveway or have you been able to observe it at other times? Any chance a key fob is unintentionally being triggered?
