2013 Power Liftgate Problem

Power liftgate;
Goes up under power but wont come down / have to bring down manually
Tried all power options / key fob / tailgate button and switch on dash!

Any ideas??

Also / the left side lift cylinder (with motor was replaced 3 months ago (oem) )

Welcome to the Forum.
Have you tried the liftgate reset procedure as outlined in your Owner's Manual? It may not resolve the issue but it is one more thing to try.
