2013 XLT Persistent Terrain Management Issues

please I need help in the issue below, on a 5km road my vehicle will have like 5 terrain management fault, I have rotated the knob several times but it doesn’t seem to work, please is there something else I can do? Thanks

Welcome to the Forum Tammy.
Is the message "Terrain management system fault" coming up in the left information screen? Have you been able to get someone to check for any stored fault codes using the OBD (On Board Diagnostics) port? A code may be helpful in trying to point to the area to check.
