2016 2nd Power Point

The cigarette lighter socket in the bottom of the front console (accessible to the 2nd row) isn't working... I've confirmed the front socket, and the 3rd row socket all work with the same charger so I know it's the socket malfunctioning

Does anyone know if there is a separate fuse for this or what I should be looking for to troubleshoot it? Thinking the socket itself may have gone bad... but want to try to diagnose before buying parts.

Looking at the Fuse Specification list in the Manual, it might be fuse #65 (20A).
Power point (2nd row) (without USB charger). By the way, they are referred to as Power Points.
