I have a 2016 sport edition. Absolutely love it! But...... something went terribly wrong with it. I couldn't back up. it was leaking something and smoking. I took it to the dealer, and they told me that they had to order a power take off unit, and that they would get it in two to three days. They wouldn't let me have a loaner because I did not buy my certified pre-owned at their dealership, and they said they only let their purchasing customers have a loaner, so I have to get a rental. How do you go about getting reimbursed for the rental? thanks for the help! I really do love my car!
