2016 Ford Explorer Sport seat uncomfortable

Is there anything I can do about my uncomfortable leather seats in my 2016 Ford Explorer? They do have the heated/cooling system in the front ones.

Love everything BUT the seats. Had the vehicle for over a year and have bee debating about getting rid of it because of the seats!!

Welcome to the Forum Dawn.
There are several threads on the topic of the seats. Some find them comfortable and some not so much. It took me a bit of time to get used to the ones in my previous 2017 Platinum so that I no longer noticed it. Other than the adjustments, I don't know what you can do to improve them short of replacing them.
