2017 Explorer Sport - aftermarket mirror

Can I replace an OEM power adjust, power folding, memory mirror with a same function aftermarket mirror without having any vehicle programming issues? I assume the wiring connections on the aftermarket mirror will be identical.

I'm not sure if you can or not. I always like to stay with OEM equipment.
