Have you done any troubleshooting with ForScan? Most of those off the shelf or 'canned' tunes wont do much. You need a real tune from one of the major players.

What did it shift like before tuning?

Does it still slip when running stock?

Have you checked the transmission fluid?

When was the last time you performed a drain and fill?

How many miles are on it? The 2-3 shift is notorious for slipping and then other gears will follow. That usually means mechanical issue like torque converter etc

Shifts fine until I've put hypertech programmer on it , tried multiple tunes and its adjustable for rev limiter and shift points , it only has 25,000 miles on it, it feels like it hits Rev limiter between 1st and 2nd , only does at full throttle , it's quicker at 3/4 throttle than full .

Remove the garbage "tune" and you should be fine
