2018 Ford Explorer. The radio went dead

Hi everyone. I’m new to the forum. My 2018 Explorer radio screen went black. Radio won’t turn on and the USB port doesn’t work also. Any suggestions? Thanks

Have you checked the fuse? Does your Sync display screen work?
