2020 explorer no rear heat

Hello, new member! Searched here but need help. 2020 explorer rear heat not working. Only blowing cold air in the back but front vents blowing hot. Have had heat in the past but now not working. Replaced the rear temp hvac control regulator and didn't fix problem. Thanks

Welcome to the Forum.
I'm not that familiar with the 6th-generation HVAC system, so I don't know if the rear unit generates its own heat or gets it from the front via a vent door actuator. If the latter, there could be an issue with the actuator being stuck closed. Perhaps someone more familiar with the system will chime in.

Have you played with the settings for the rear heat in the on screen menu? If you press the menu button then the rear button it will come up allowing you to make changes.
