I have an issue with my 2020 Ford Explorer transmission jerking in the 1st and 2nd gear at low speed when start driving from stand still.
The wrench light for powertrain illuminates when stoped at the traffic light and went off when start driving. It happened 4 times. Now I have no light for service or trouble code but has a little jerk in 1st and second gear. any information will be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I think you're going to be looking at replacement. My 2020 only made it to 80k miles. I had similar issues from 2-3.

I have 65000k. I went to a transmission shop, they changed the fluid (it was dark brown) and now the transmission seems ok without jerking on first and second and all other gears are smooth.

Yes, they replaced the filler.

Look into TSB 22-2102, it’s a service bulleting that addresses the harsh shifting, I ended up having my tranny replaced in my 2020 ST, hope this helps
