2020 XLT no rear heat

I have a 2020 Explorer XLT that I can not get rear heat. Now some of this could be "new owner" stupidity. If the front controls are set to rear fan works fine but no heat in any setting. If control is set to front same issue. Any idea what gives?

Welcome to the forum. I am not familiar with the 2020 EX, but I found this in the owner's manual starting on page 137.
