- Explorer Limited 2021 AWD
I am the owner of a 2021 explorer limited AWD with barely 12,500 miles, since I bought the vehicle in December 2021 it has had problems filling the vehicle with fuel, sometimes it could do it several times a month or even last months without the problem occurring, a few months ago it began to have a vibration in the steering at a speed between 40-60 mph in conjunction with various sounds in the front suspension and in the rear of the vehicle, in addition to these problems, it had Problem with the 360 camera system where the screen stayed blue. I was finally able to book an appointment at the dealer and after 3 weeks they found several problems:
Replace both front stabilizer link
Replace both front upper control arms
Replace Gear Rack And Pinion Steering
Adjust the rear end
TSB 22-2433
Recall 23s02
The dealer told me that they don't have some parts available and that they should arrive in about 30 days, so I may be without a vehicle for the next 6 weeks, in total the diagnosis and repair of the vehicle will take over 2 months, when the dealer returns the vehicle I will report if the problems continue or not, which I do not think will continue with this vehicle... (Sorry for my english, it is my fourth language ).
