New rig came in! Specs: 2024 Ranger XLT 2.3 4x4 301A Adv. Tech & Tow FX4 Offroad

No real plans for the first while, eventually level and do 33s, toolbox, backrack, communications stuffs... keep it simple!

Thank you!!!!!!! I'm super excited since it drives so nice! (far cry from his old truck) Super excited to see where this goes! (though likely it would be like Ranger Tremor meets work truck haha)

Steve, do you think the swing out toolboxes for the '19-'23 will fit the '24? Would it be possible to get measurement from the tailgate to the wheel well? Ford lists different PNs for the gens, but just curious if theyre close enough that they could be used on the 24s

The beds are different for sure. You can actually fit a piece of plywood in between the wheel wells on the newer trucks. My '19 you can't 😕

I can measure mine, but I have the factory drop in bed liner, so maybe off. Was the only way you could add the power point in the bed at the time.

Ahhhh got it, ok. Yeah, if you can- no rush! Im just wondrring if I could reasonably use a 19-23 swing out toolbox on the 24. Thanks!

Also shucks about the bed on the 5g! That woukd be a bit frustrating... since Im a plywood stacker haha

The Explorer meeting it's younger (but bigger!) brother!

Thinking about naming the Ranger "Snowball" thoughts? Since it's stock for now, and looks pretty like a snowball at the moment...

Already averages 18mpg on the 405 in peak traffic, and it's nowhere near broken in yet!

Stock on the highway I use to get 25mpg in my Ranger. Now after 34's, leveled and the little air diffuser under the bumper removed, she'll get 20-21mpg. Now that is with the programer and running premium. Without the programer on Regular it's about 18.5mpg or so.

That sounds about right. I ran it in ECO on the 405 going down to Crenshaw (no traffic oddly in the morning) I got around 23 (not broken in yet I assume?) But in traffic coming home got 18... not half bad! Plans are to level and do 33s though, so Ill be prepared for that! (Although in the same conditions the Explorer gets about 13... so improvement! Though it's dads rig not mine haha I just borrowed it today to see how it drives)

Let me know when he's ready to level and I'll see if I can help out with a kit some. Very little out for these trucks so far.

Thank you!!!!!! Thusfar Ive only come across RC, and theres a vague feeling in my mind NGR made one (NRG? NGR?) (The army green colored ones fwiw haha)

RC doesnt seem to have released a seperate lift for the 2024, so I wonder if a '19+ would fit....

I'd wait a bit and put some Bilstein's or Fox shocks on it,they're a great upgrade IMHO and I've installed quite a few on F150's and Rangers.

Will keep this in mind! Though, this already rides super nice. Can't wait to get it dirty haha

Found this, but they said not in stock until further notice. Hopefully things like this will come out in the future! Although I wonder about the radar sensor, which is tucked in the factory bumper.

Bilstein is going to be awhile. They still don't even have anything for the newer Tundra. Fox will probably be soon. Icon is normally the quickest out of the gate.
