265/40/22 tires fit on my 98 eddie?

currently i have 255/30/22 tires on my rims and they are WAY too small for my explorer i just blew one out the other day actually now i have a good excuse to get new ones. i want some rubber on my rims and im just wondering if that size will fit on my explorer without modifications?

I have 265/35/22. Yes the 265/40/22 would fit that is the size I wanted to go with.

Adding another yes, I had 265.40.22's Toyo Proxes on my 97 Mounty.
