Have factory 235 70R16's on my 2004 explorer, will 265 70 R16's fit without rubbing or turning problems. I cant find any suspension or body lift kits. I seen some rubber spring lifters out of JC Whitney. Any suggestions

Yes they will I am running them on my 04.

If you care about MPG dont do it, you will lose alot I went from around 311 miles per tank to around 260 miles per tank. Dont forget your speedo will not be accurate...

Yes they will fit, that's what I have on my 02. You will notice a big difference in ride height and winter traction  For me MPG seems roughly the same, maybe 1mpg less. It's near 18-19mpg at 55-65 and 16-17 >70mph.

Speedo difference is only about 2-4mph depending on speed. Not even noticeable below 30mph.

What psi are you running in your tires?

I generally put the psi at 15% less than the tire is rated. So 50 psi max means 42.5. 10% - 15% is a good range for maximum mpg. I have 275/45R20 on mine.
