2nd Gen Fog lamps, got a question.

So when I bought my explorer I went to go put in some lights for the fog lamps, and well the lamps where filled with water, and the reflected coating was all gone. needles to say I just took one off, and the other one broke off. Now I have some extra money and I am looking for replacements. no is there an aftermarket option where I can retrofit them in the original location? Or should I go with stock replacements from Rock Auto (Left - http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=363434), and the (Right - http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/moreinfo.php?pk=1376999). For $35 a piece they seem a bit pricey, but it's better then two huge holes in the front of my truck. I would just like some options before I purchase.

Hella makes a rectangle light that may fit there... Probably could drill a hole and bend that bracket to fit. They are 55w lights so you may have to put a relay in to power those from the battery but still use the factory switch. They are prob around the same price. Cant guarantee they fit it was just an idea I had a while back before I ditched my bumper valance and lights all together.

I just ordered some Hella off road lights for my brush guard, I'll have to check out their fog lights. Thanks for the suggestion.

apparently its been done, i just did a quick search that brought up an old thread: http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28441

Man those Hellas are huge, by comparison to stock. and more expensive then stock replacements. I don't mind a little fabricating for them to fit, but my brackets are so rusty and flimsy. I would feel comfortable mounting those lights to them. I am still searching but everything seems to be big $$$$, for what ever reason, so I may just go with the ones from RockAuto.
