$320 to do the 3-22-10 TSB a fair price form dealership?

looking at a :
pressure valve- $16.28
separator plate- $18.10
gasket- $13.65
screen- $26.91

plus 4 qts Mercon 5 and labor at $75.hour

This is for a '98 EB 4.0 SOHC 5 spd auto with the 2-3 shift flair and slow reverse/drive engagement. Is this a fair price for a Ford dealership?

Sounds right for a dealership. Can probably get it done for at least half that at a Mom and Pop shop, or for part cost only yourself. The instructions (with pictures) are on this site.
