Part No: FOR14 Gear Kit - Up/Down Adjustment Motor Gear replacement Kit
If your gears are stripped, you can just replace the shaft and gears. All factory shims, thrust washers and the tube nut must be reused.

I came across this product when I needed to replace the seat motor in my Dodge Ram. I haven't used the kit for the Explorer, but the motor for the Ram has worked very well and they provided excellent instructions.
