3rd row passenger seat stopped working

[2006MM]

I have seen some threads and haven't heard of anyone actually try to replace the motor. Has anyone actually replaced the motor and if so was it difficult to get to it. I have researched it a little and am thinking about trying to get the part number and see if I can even get it myself.
