4.0 Crankshaft rotated backwards

I was changing my harmonic balancer on my 06 4.0 explorer and when I pulled it off the crank rotated backwards about 5-10 degrees ( equivalent to what would 2 timing marks on and old school H.B. )

What to do know? I heard that by no means let it rotate backwards so where to go from here?

Any help is appreciated? Thanks
