4.0 OHV Rod and Main bolts - Torque to Yield??

Does anyone know if the rod and main bolts on a '00 4.0 OHV are torque to yield and if so, whether they must be replaced. If I need to replace then, does anyone know a source for these bolts?

The rod bolts are torque-to-yield, but the
main bolts are not.

I can't find them on RockAuto's website. Maybe
try FastPartsNetwork or a local auto parts store...?
