430 code need help

1st I have a 02 explorer xlt 4.6l 4dr and I know what 430 code is.. my issue is what would cause this code
no leeks are found
Banks 2 (both) read way rich
Banks 1 (both) read 0
Reader says below threshold (spelling might be wrong)
Idle is 1463 rpms

I have a photo of code reader screen but can't find how to post it.
Put new spark plugs in and new bank 2 o2 sensor in. Code now shows up every 80 mile. Need help. Dont want to put new cats on

The code suggests you are having a catalytic converter failure.

Both O2's on bank one being at zero isn't good, certainly odd. I wouldn't think both would go at the same time. Wires pinched?

I didn't find any pinched wires but I do have a rough idle in park and in drive at a stop light.
Haven't found out why the upstream o2's are reading 0
Although
Code is now saying below threshold in bank 2
Also now have a lower engine tick
Also hear a raddle when truck is shut off front lower motor area.

Just found a second raddle on driver side around the cat area so I'm guessing this I a bad cat. Still no idea what the two engine sounds are coming from.
Explorer has 146k on it. Timing cain? Oil pump? Other?
I have about 5 very slow leek. I mean like 1 drip every 6 days.
1 more thing how to find out online if recalls on this explore has been done on it. Ty nick ...still can't get photo or video posted on here. Ty for any help hint or suggestions

Update the raddle was from the heat shield
Now getting a 355 code cleared it and now nothing coming up.
explore now seems to be knocking still. Trying to find it.
I was running the a/c all day in 109 degree weather yesterday and everytime I started I got a blast of hot air and a strong smell of antifreeze and little bit of moisture.. is this the heater core failing?

Also still thinking a have a bad cat on bank two. With this 430 code popping up.

Also is there a history with these 4.6l to have freeze plug fail?

Any help or idea is helpfull ty
