4r55e torque converter help!!

Well, i broke my intermediate band last week, so im trying to get together all the parts for a rebuild. Im a tad confused with the torque converter though. Napa and Advance auto, show a reman torque converter for my year truck, 1996 Explorer, 4wd, 4.0 ohv, and says it's for the a4ld? I know that the a4ld share the same case and bell housing as the 4r55e but are the torque converters the same? here is the link for the advanced auto converter. Thanks guys!

I dontknow if they are interchangeable, but did u try calling a local trans shop or the dealer and asking them?
