Wheels are 20x8.5 helo 868 with a +15 offset, tires are 265/50-20 Nitto terra grapplers, fits great no rubbing anywhere.

I also put stealth bulbs in the turn signals.

Does anyone have any drive shaft wobble with the truxx lift on their ex?

Does anyone have any drive shaft wobble with the truxx lift on their ex?

Why would you assume that would happen?

In 4th gen all diffs (front and rear), transfer case and transmission are bolted to the chase. Truxxx lifting would not change or alter their locations!

Looks like you're ready to knock down some trees! :D Looks good.

...All you need is "Wash Me" on the rear window and you are all set..:D

Cause I am getting a weird vibration or wobble through my pedal when accelerating so I was just throwing a question out there. Thanks for the help though I just have no clue what the vibration could be.

Did you do a wheel alignment and tires balancing?

Did you change your rims? are the new rims hub-centric? if they are not then you may need hub-centric rings.

If all above are ok, then check your drive shafts. Maybe something hit them and one of them got slightly bent!

Thanks

The electrician your the man. I jacked the ex up and look a look at the front drive line and I guess when I bought the explorer it was bent. Replaced it today and it drives soooo smooth! Thanks I owe you one if I hadn't have fixed that my transfer case would have been history.

you're most welcome, glad I could help :)

Question for King of SoCal - can you please tell me the set up of your X in the photos on the first page? Do you have a lift? Wat size wheel and tires are u running. Been searching this forum for ideas. Like the way yours looks. Been trying to get ideas for my 2010

Just purchased an 08 Explorer XLT 2wd v6, I needed a new vehicle after blowing the motor in my 06 Cobalt SS. Was looking for Expeditions but was unable to find a low mileage one in my price range, dealership had me drive this one around and see if I like it. It fit, has lots of room and should be able to tow my cobalt to and from the race track once its back up and going.

now on to some pics:
