Welcome to the site!

All I know is that there is an electronic shift fuse for the transfer case. This fuse is located under the hood on the passenger side. It will be in a black box about 3"x10". Hope this helps

Pit,

Brian1 is right, the fuse is in the "Power Distribution Box" in the Engine compartment. It's right next to the Air Cleaner Box on my '93, and the fuse you want is labled "Electric Shift". It is in postiion F9 on 91-93's not sure if it's the same place on the '94s It is a 40 amp fuse, according to the Haynes Shop Manual.

Brian1, Ray,

thanks for answers. But I am not searching the fuses. Correct they are in the box. And there are completely 3 fuses 40 AMP, 60 AMP and 20 AMP for 4WD. Still searching
the relays for 4WD. One is in rear left sid behind a cover.
But where are the others?

Found all relays, they are right in the black box on left
rear (Ford dealers don´t know this, I searched and opened the box and found) But the relays can not be changed. Need to change the complete 4WD control modul. 1030 DM !!!
Any Idea?
