i have an 02 explorer xlt and the 4x4 doesnt engage when you push the buttons. nothing happens. i tested all the fuses that had to do with the 4x4 none of them were blown but one had no power going to it. in the fuse panel inside of the car #15(4x4, memory seat disable) has no power going to it i dont know if its suppose to be like that or not. but if it isnt where does that come from in the car?????? thanks
