i have a 96 explorer 4.0 the vacuum actuator on the front axle is not locking in. i am getting vacuum to it. My question is are there any special tools that i will need. i have read that it might be able to be cleaned. it seems to me that if i am getting vacuum to it that the dash pot on it would be the problem. if that is the case where do i get one thank you
