OK guys, my xploder felt funny in the front. Had a new, "used", rebuilt transfer case installed, new transfer case motor installed, 4X4 shop said its still stuck in 4WD and needs to be hooked up to a Ford specific computer. SSooo I had them remove the front shaft, so I could drive. After hearing some grinding, I put in a new hub assembly, it was shot. . . Now she's nice and smooth. Should I now disconnect my battery to reboot the computer, or take it to Ford? I know the truck shop probably gave me the dry, hard one, but I was in a bind, literally. :roll:
