Wanted to replace my spark plug wires with new Motorcrafts. What's the part number? Is it WR6034 or WR6042? I have an EB 1998 how can I tell if it has the cast or tubular manifolds? I think it has the tubular because they look like twisted headers, but having never seen cast manifolds on an explorer I am not sure. My Explorer is a late built (summer) 1998 model.
My stock plug wires have the armour (steel) protection on some of the plugs. I prefer the motorcraft, but if there is something better out there I'm all ears. Also where to buy, from my research it looks like fordparts.com is the cheapest on OEM parts.
And I change my plugs with autolights every 20k miles.
