5.0 swap theft system problems

Hi guys so once again having an issue I got everything hooked up and ready too go but the theft light is flashing and the car will not start I’ve tried everything but still won’t stop the key I’m using is original too this car never had issues but it is a 5.0 swapped car would that change anything? Is there any way too bypass the theft system completely? I don’t have a key fob for it and the drivers door is broken so it doesn’t lock

Did you swap in a matching year 5.0 (or at least one with a matching PATS generation)? If you did, it won't be a problem to program your existing keys into the PATS module using Forscan.
