Okay.. here are a few questions I have so far. Hopefully someone out there knows some answers and can help!
1) Are the '99 and '96 5.0 trannies interchanable? As far as the wiring harness. Will I be able to just plug my harness into the '99 tranny and go??
2) I noticed on the oil pan of the '99 5.0 it has an electrical deal plugged into the side. I'm assuming this is the "low oil level sensor". Since my '96 doesn't have that, and I'm switching the wiring from my '96 to the '99 chassis, could I just cut the wires and not worry about it?
3) I need to know what I can do about this EGR dilema. Since everything from the intake up (elbow, tb, air intake) will be from my '96, I can't have the EGR recirculation hooked up from the "P" exhaust manifold. Plus, my '96 computer can't control it anyway. So I need this hooked up? Or can I run my GT-40 headers and call it good? (That seems to easy).
I think that's it as of now. Thanks for trying to help me out!
