5.5 superlift front end sags

This weekend Im installing the 5.5 superlift on my 93 xl. my brother did his 92 xlt about a month ago and his front end settled about 1 1/2 to 2 inches I was thinking about lowering the spring,shock mount about 2 inches has any one done this or see any problem with this.

I had a similar problem when I installed a winch after installing the 5.5" kit. I simply bought 3 pairs of Superlift coil pad spacers(steel doughnuts that the spring sits on ) and it lifted the front end about 3/4". In the rear you can remove the overload spring and decrease lift 1/4" - 1/2" and you get a better ride with greater flex.
