5R55E Overdrive Problem

After driving about 10 miles the overdrive light starts flashing. The code says that the torque converter clutch is stuck. I have replaced the valve body and that did not work. A local tranny shop said that it is the torque converter pump O ring that is leaking pressure. The local Ford dealer said that they haven't had any problems with the O rings, but he has not come up with a solution or will return my calls. Help!

It might be the TCC Solenoid that is causing the problem.

When we replaced the valve body the solenoids were replaced also and it was suppose to have been dyno tested.
