5r55e to 5speed swap

I have a 98 sohc 4x4 Explorer sport with a busted tranny and I found a 5speed from a 98 ohv 2wd sport for dirt cheap. So i was wanting to know if anyone in here would know what I need to get off the Explorer i'm getting the 5speed out of and what after market I will need to do this right.Or if its only possible if you have every tool known to ford for the project. any and all help will be appreciated.
