hello,
i will be changing out my tranny fluid and filter soon while in there i would like to do the thermo bypass to allow fluid flow all the time. i have seen both threads showing swappping the spring around and using the metal sleeve from superior. I was wondering can this mod be done while leaving the valve body installed? or doese it need to be rdmoved to get access. all post ive seen show the body removed but i just want to be sure i can't do it with it left installed.
