5R55W was just installed, but I still have codes.

Hey Guys, New to the site but not the repair world. I just completely rebuit this 03 exp 2wd 5r55w. I did not notice anything wrong with the solenoid block, so i did not replaced it. After driving for a while it sets a code for the Presure control solenoid, has a 2-3 flare after warming up, and once the od light starts flashing 4th and 5th gear ratios are incorrect. I can stop, switch it off and strt again and then the trans will shift okay for a shift or so, then rigth back to the same concerns again. I am looking for a reasonable solenoid block to purchase(if you know of any). I guess i will then have to reprogram the PCM. Let me know what you think.
