TSB - SSM 49107 2020 Explorer/Aviator Easy Exit / Entry Seats

Some 2020 Explorer/Aviator vehicles built on or before 04-Sep-2019 equipped with memory seats may exhibit the driver front seat moving forward during easy entry/exit operation when the vehicle is turned off. This may be due to the software in the driver front seat module (DSM). To correct the condition, reprogram the DSM using the latest software level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 14C708 and applicable labor operations in Section 10 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
NOTE: this SSM has been updated but I don't have the info. Appear to have a software update for the seat controller logic.

Recall 20S65 Ford recall for 2020 Explorer and Aviator Driveshaft Issue

November 14, 2020 — Ford is recalling model year 2020 Explorers and Lincoln Aviators to find 18 vehicles equipped with driveshafts that may fracture along the weld seams.
To find those 18 vehicles, Ford is recalling more than 12,200 Aviators and Explorers to inspect the driveshaft labels and replace the defective driveshafts.
The automaker says the faulty driveshafts could lose their mechanical connections between the transfer cases and rear axles. This could cause the vehicles to roll away or experience a loss of motive power.
But the worst problem may be a fire from leaking fuel if the driveshaft deforms and separates from the driveline and strikes the fuel tank.
Ford says it doesn't know of any crashes, injuries or fires related to the defective driveshafts.
According to Ford, 10,905 Explorers and Lincoln Aviators are recalled in the U.S., about 1,291 are recalled in Canada and 102 are recalled in Mexico.
The recalled Explorers and Lincoln Aviators were built in Chicago between August 24 to September 30, 2019.
Ford hasn't announced when the recall will begin and the government hasn't provided details, but customers of Ford Explorers and Lincoln Aviators may call 866-436-7332.

The Ford driveshaft recall reference number is 20S65.

TSB #TSB 20-2291 - Reverse Brake Assist

This article supersedes TSB 20-2135 to correct the Service Procedure. Some 2020 Explorer/Aviator/Corsair vehicles built on or before 23-Jul-2020 may inadvertently activate the reverse braking assist system while backing up. This may be perceived as the system is too sensitive to surrounding objects. This may be due to the software in the image processing module B (IPMB). To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to reprogram the IPMB, as well as the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) to allow the vehicle to remember the last setting of reverse brake assist when the vehicle is restarted.

2. Are any transmission related DTCs present?
https://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/vdirsnet/TSB/EU/~WTSB20-2403/US/... 12/1/2020
(1). Yes - determine the appropriate clutch(s) to be cycled related to DTCs present. Refer to WSM,
Section 307-01.
(2). No - proceed to Step 4 to cycle all 6 clutches.
3. Record and clear all DTCs present before performing the PCM - Transmission Accelerated Main
Control Break In routine.
CAUTION: Failure to use a frame engaging lift could damage the vehicle.
4. Prepare the vehicle for PCM - Transmission Accelerated Main Control Break In routine by positioning
the vehicle on a frame-engaging lift with the wheels off the ground to prevent vehicle movement.
5. Using the latest software level of the appropriate Ford diagnostic scan tool, perform the PCM -
Transmission Accelerated Main Control Break In routine 3 times on the appropriate clutch(s) determined
to be cycled.
6. Perform the adaptive learning drive cycle. Refer to WSM, Section 307-01.
7. Does the vehicle still exhibit the condition after performing the PCM - Transmission Accelerated Main
Control Break In routine and adaptive learning drive cycle?
(1). Yes - replace the main control valve body. Refer to WSM, Section 307-01.
NOTE: Advise the customer this vehicle is equipped with an adaptive transmission shift strategy
which allows the vehicle's computer to learn the transmission's unique parameters and improve
shift quality. When the adaptive strategy is reset, the computer will begin a relearning process.
This relearning process may result in firmer than normal upshifts and downshifts for several days.
(2). No - repair is complete.
