89 m5r2 5 speed trans Bolt to a 4.0 ohv ?

As The Title Suggests , I have an 89 Thunderbird Super Coupe 3.8 ohv v6 And M5R2 5 Speed Trans And The Bottom End of Motor Is Blown , It Was Running before something Gave Out And Blew Up , Was Wondering If I Could Bolt My 4.0 OHV Motor To That Trans ? Thanks In Advance Everybody !

No, the 3.8l uses the same bolt pattern as the 5.0/5.8l.

Thanks snoranger For the Response , Well that Sucks , I Was Hoping I can Get Some Use Out of My Thunder chicken , but guess not , looks like i will be pulling it apart and parting it out minus what I'm keeping
